Bulk Trash Pick Up

Our next quarterly bulk pick up is Sat. Sept. 7th (yes, Sat. as trash is delayed one day due to Labor Day). Each household is allowed one free large item to set out for trash pick up that day only. is current.

Amendment Voting

We are still collecting votes for the amendment update and will pick back up in Fall 2024.

General Neighborhood Information

Creekside is a neighborhood of 222 homes in southern Overland Park, KS.  We enjoy a beautifully landscaped common area, and two neighboring city maintained parks with play equipment, and gazebo.  Creekside also has a private neighborhood pool, that is open to residents and their guests.

  • Creekside has a “Members-Only” Facebook group. You must make an initial request to gain access and click the button below to join the group.

    The purpose of the Facebook group is to allow multiple members of the same house to get Creekside news and to allow interactive comments from residents. The material posted on the Facebook page usually repeats information sent out via email.
